We are seeking highly motivated individuals with good people skills and outgoing personalities, since these individuals are often the first contact people have with our company. Sales

High Country Fusion Co., Inc. has both outside and inside sales personnel working as teams which establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. Our sales force is one of the most important and visible elements of this effort, as individuals interested in sales are usually in demand. Sales opportunities abound in all of our product categories, polyethylene pipe, fabrication and fittings, fusion machines and job orders. From industrial customers to contractors, and end users, our sales program crosses product categories and focuses on supplying a wide range of products. Outside Sales

Outside sales personnel place a priority on developing and maintaining relationships with our customers by interacting directly with our customers and playing a large role in determining how High Country Fusion Co., Inc. can best serve the customer. They offer product knowledge and must have outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as be self-motivated, detail oriented, creative and innovative problem solvers. These personnel must maintain professionalism and ensure quality customer service at all times. Outside sales candidates should also posses the following characteristics in addition to the ones mentioned: strong sales presence, ability to embrace change and good communication skills.

Inside Sales

Inside sales personnel place a priority on developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, as they too interact directly with them by handling incoming calls and offering product knowledge with outstanding in interpersonal skills. Inside sales personal also support and work hand-in-hand with outside sales by ensuring customers' needs are being met by service through timely quotations, accurate order processing and delivery. These personnel must be organized, detail oriented, creative and innovative problem solvers with the ability to follow a project through to completion. Inside sales candidates should posses the following characteristics in addition to the ones mentioned above: Self -motivated, goal orientated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships, have the ability to perform in a high-paced environment, general computer skills and enjoy a team atmosphere.

Machining

Our warehouse personnel are the nuts and bolts of our business and they work as a team. They make it possible to fulfill customer needs from fabrication and machining of pipe, fittings and parts, to pipe fusion, and maintenance of fusion machines for our rental fleet, as well as housing fusion machines for sale. These personnel must be organized, detail oriented, creative and innovative problem solvers with the ability to follow a project through too completion. They must have knowledge of the products they work with and be able to operate by standard operating procedures with quality control. Potential warehouse candidates should posses the following characteristics along with those mentioned above:

able to be flexible in their work and meet deadlines
enjoy working on a team
ability to perform in a high-paced environment
good work ethic taking pride in their work
able to work in both outside and inside environments
mechanic background is a plus

Shipping and Receiving

Our shipping and receiving personnel make it possible to fulfill customer needs, as well as keeping our inventory up to date. These personnel must be organized, detail oriented, creative and innovative problem solvers with the ability to follow a project through to completion . They must have a good knowledge of the products we receive and ship with quality control abilities. Potential candidates should posses the following characteristics along with those mentioned above;
