Credit Application

 We encourage any interested company to fill out a credit application as well as any necessary supporting tax forms and fax them back to our accounting office at (208)764-2094

It takes approximately 3-5 business days to process your application before any credit terms will be given.  Your tax status will be reflected as soon as we receive the completed form.

Prior to your application being approved all orders will be treated as a cash account and require payment upon shipment.  This can be taken care of with either a credit card or wire transfer.  Please contact the accounting department for wire processing details.
