The TracStar™ 900 
 is a hydraulic fusion machine that is self-contained, self-propelled and mobile in all-terrain. It will butt fuse all pipe sizes from 12” IPS - 36” OD (340mm – 900mm). The unit is available with either the Coach™ fusion control system, or conventional McElroy hydraulic controls with DataLogger™ capabilities. The Coach fusion control system controls the hydraulics, heater temperature, and allows for remote operation. A wireless remote provides full control of the TracStar 900 for precision placement and optimum visibility on the jobsite. The carriage may be easily removed for in-ditch use. It is powered by a quiet, liquid cooled diesel engine.
